When first released this wine had notes of goji berry, black cherry, fennel, and green tea. Now, with over a decade since its release date, the wine has become even more complex and savoury. The initially powerful tannic structure has softened and demonstrates how beautifully Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir can age.
