Using natural yeasts, gentle maceration, and meticulous attention to detail, winemaker Thomas Rivers-Brown crafts wines of purity, depth, character, and finesse.
The palate is layered with flavours of crème brûlée, ripe black cherry, dark chocolate, and black olive, all underpinned by vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins. Drinking beautifully now, this wine will nonetheless age gracefully for a decade or more.
