Description
Each Chardonnay cluster was double hand-sorted, then whole-cluster pressed and fermented for 21 to 28 days. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 11 months in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels, giving it a rich, rounded mouthfeel that is well integrated and balanced.
