Description
Blackcurrant, black plum, and violet lead the charge whilst Malbec brings pomegranate and hibiscus, and Cabernet Franc brings cocoa and peppery spice. This wine is a masterclass in using supporting varietals to bring the most out of the Merlot, on top of that the Merlot is harvested at a few different stages of ripeness. This allows the early picks to bring a fresher, brighter fruit profile and the later picks to bring more depth and structure.
