Jayson Red Wine is a distinctive blend from some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards, crafted to express each vintage with intensity and richness. The grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted before fermentation in stainless steel tanks, a process that enhances the fresh fruit profile and preserves bright natural acidity. The wine is then racked into 35% new French oak barrels for 16 months of ageing.
The result offers vibrant, fresh-picked fruit character, with notes of dark plum, raspberry, and blackcurrant weaving seamlessly with hints of smooth caramel and butterscotch that linger on the finish. Velvety, expansive, and deeply expressive, this Merlot-based blend shows its full potential in both structure and flavour.
