Description
Traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques (malolactic fermentation, weekly lees stirring, aging in French oak) were used to complement the naturally more floral leaning clone of Chardonnay grown for this wine. Floral notes of gardenia and orange blossom pair with Meyer lemon, apple and peach, all supported by a well integrated oak structure and vanilla driven finish.
