Description
A CCOF certified organic blend of 44% Syrah, 22% Petite Syrah, 17% Carignan, 11% Mourvèdre, and 6% Grenache. Sturdy and robust, full of blackberries, bramble fruit, shiitake mushroom, and fennel. Elegant florals and warm spice contribute to the wine's complexity, and subtle yet persistent tannins enhance the structure. Drinking beautifully now but will also happily develop in the cellar over the next decade.
