Description
The individual plots that make up this two-vineyard blend are fermented separately, allowing them to develop their now individual characteristics before finding the perfect blending ratio where they become the Mosaic Pinot Noir. Alexana farms these vineyards regeneratively, hand harvesting the grapes and triple-checking them by hand so that only the highest quality of fruit ends up in the bottle.
Full of bright red fruit alongside rose petal, forest floor, tomato leaf and a gentle oak spice. This is a quintessential Dundee Hills Pinot Noir, perfectly balanced and complex in flavour.
