Description
Established in 1972, Hosmer is a fully estate winery with a focus on sustainable farming on the western shore of Cayuga Lake in New York's Finger Lakes. The Pinot Noir vines at Hosmer are some of the oldest on Cayuga Lake, dating back to the mid 1980s. All the Pinot Noir vines are trained on vertical shoot positioning for maximum exposure to the sun for optimum ripeness.
Expect notes of raspberry, rose petal, mulberry, and strawberry.
