Description
Established in 1972, Hosmer is a fully estate winery with a focus on sustainable farming on the western shore of Cayuga Lake in New York's Finger Lakes.
The oldest of the Riesling vines date back to 1980 and are planted on high lime Cazenovia loam soils.
Expect notes of kiwi, lemon peel, mandarin orange, and struck match. Residual sugar is at 23 g/l.
