Consistently cool days throughout the 2023 vintage allowed for gentle grape ripening, aiding the complexity and balance found in this bottle. Harvest started on October 3rd and continued until the 17th, further adding to the layered flavours thanks to the slightly varied ripening points across the two week harvest.
