Description
With cold Pacific Ocean breezes and nutrient-deficient soils, the vines have to fight to survive and, in turn, grow concentrated, vibrant, and complexly flavoured grapes. This Chardonnay has an austerity and a tension often sought but rarely achieved. Expect notes of oyster brine, sea air, citrus blossoms, and grilled pineapple alongside an electric acidity that keeps you coming back for another sip. Delicious to drink currently, but also has the potential to age beautifully.
