Leaning away from the warm climate Californian approach and instead taking inspiration from the Loire Valley, to the point of using clones of Sauvignon Blanc originally from the Loire, Cadre have created an elegant and electric Sauvignon Blanc. Zingy and lively, this vintage has layers of lime zest, cucumber, and passionfruit with green herbs and a subtle earthiness grounding the wine.
