Description
Named after Shakespeare's ethereal spirit Ariel this alcohol-removed Chardonnay has notes of tropical fruit, ripe apple and butterscotch. The wine undergoes a cold fermentation to develop plenty of flavour and then just before bottling the alcohol is removed, leaving just the delicious flavour profile.
