Description
In the same way that Pinot Noir thrives in a cooler climate, Pinot Blanc also does. The cool Monterey Bay winds allowed these grapes to fully develop whilst maintaining a vibrant acid structure. This slow and steady growing season means the notes in this wine range from florals and green apple, into ripe Meyer lemon and pear, all the way into melon and white apricot. 6 months of aging sur lie in barrel gives a gentle creamy structure and a lengthy finish.
