Description
A CCOF certified organic blend of 32% Picpoul Blanc, 28% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Falenghina, and 10% Pinot Grigio. On the nose, chamomile and mint mix with ripe apricots and bright florals. On the palate, there is plenty of orchard and citrus fruits, with a powerful saline undercurrent. A true crowdpleaser, fresh but textured, structured but fun, this will please everybody around the table.
