Description
Champagne Édouard Brun’s Réserve is a generous, rounded Champagne built around a strong Pinot Noir foundation, with Chardonnay bringing balance and freshness. Made from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, it combines the depth and structure of the former with the elegance of the latter.
The Pinot Noir undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels, while the Chardonnay is fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. This considered approach gives the wine breadth and texture without losing its sense of balance. Aged for 30 months on its lees in the house’s centuries-old cellars, it develops a rounded, harmonious character, with a fruit-led profile and the body to work well beyond the aperitif.
A versatile Champagne for the table, Réserve is well suited to a range of dishes, from savoury starters to poultry and richer seafood. Its ample style also makes it a natural choice for relaxed celebrations where the wine deserves as much attention as the occasion.
An Extra-Dry version is also available, with a higher dosage that makes it particularly appealing alongside fruit-based desserts.
